When your lymph system clogs with swollen nodes

A friend emailed me asking me what I thought of what a health professional told her. She has had lead poisoning from her jewelry making, and with that, her immune system went down, and so she has had different microbial issues, recently it is mold. She was a client of mine for lymph drainage. He told her to stop using an alternative solution. So I helped her understand my own research and understanding, that any killing drug, or therapeutic modality, be it holistic or an antibiotic will create a defensive mechanism in the bugs to create a very sturdy biofilm wall, where nothing can penetrate. So, one needs to be taking these 2 things to bust up the biofilm, cysts and even tumor type tissues, certainly fibrotic tissues: Lumbrokinase - best one is from a Canadian company. Take 2 each 2 x a day. 2) Interfase from Klaire Labs - a health care practitioner will have to order. Take 4 caps 2 x a day. Take both of these on an empty stomach. Do some research so you are comfortable, but in the end ... nothing will kill the majority of these micobes if we don't destroy these fortresses they make around themselves. So your body probably knows that it wants to take something powerful to kill them, but if your lymph nodes are getting large, that does mean it has been killing organisms but too many too fast and so it clogs up. To help that process, SWEAT, SWEAT, SWEAT, in a sauna, preferably a far-infrared sauna, and jump, jump, jump on a mini- trampoline. This is the latest from Dr. Klinghardt's seminar on infectious diseases a year ago.

Sleep Disorder Possible Causes - Toxins!!!

A friend just emailed me and said he's been with his mom back in India for the last 7 weeks. She just had shoulder surgery and has now and has had for years, a sleep disorder, insomnia. He asked if I had an opinion about that. Well, I do have an opinion, based on my own past insomnia and lots of research. And by the way, everything I ever say in my blogs, are for educational, research purposes only and NEVER meant to be implied I really know what I am saying like a doctor would know, from a scientific based background.

It seems like we are in such a toxic world now, with all the heavy metals, primarily mercury, cadmium and arsenic that wreak such havoc on our nervous systems. We also don't give a hoot about regulating chemicals into our air, clothing, furniture and soils, etc. etc. it's everywhere. So, between heavy metals and toxic chemicals, our bodies become incredibly burdened and the mechanisms for detoxification, our kidneys and livers get jammed up with these things that they have no idea what to do with, or how to eliminate. So they build up and build up. Eventually, these toxins start to overflow into the rest of our body, into other organs, our brains and spinal cord, and if we are very lucky, they find an exit route out through the skin, creating lots of ugly, severe skin issues. As a result of a weakened body, microbes are opportunistic, and so they join the overcrowded toxins and add toxins and infection symptoms of their own! Some of the microbes are thought of to be Lyme disease related, meaning, there is such a toxic mess on our planet, that microbes are thriving, and since vectors, the blood-sucking arthropods, like spiders, mosquitos, fleas, and ticks can very easily transmit fungi, virus, bacteria and parasites, guess what? We are receiving the pathogenic soup in their bodies inside of ours! The "lyme" epidemic is up 77% this year from last year. It keeps rising, surpassing AIDS worldwide now.

So, people who can't sleep need to start "detoxing" their livers and all the cells of their body. Start doing enemas or colonics to clean out the colon. Drink fresh lemon water daily. Take herbs and various supplements to detox and strengthen the liver and/or kidneys. From there, find a Lyme Literate Medical Doctor and get tested for all the critters: borrelia, babesia, bartonella, ricketsia, mycoplasma ... the list is long, but these doctors can help. I used to work for a world famous medical doctor in Seattle, who was able to diagnose all these strange disease names, as coming from one or more of these bacteria I just mentioned. And, they can also be the cause for many issues causing pain as well. www.klinghardtneurobiology.com is the first source I'd lead you to to start your own research on what could be causing sleep disorders.

Hello!

I wanted to talk about my first experience with bodywork. I was a very stressed out legal secretary in L.A. Working lots of weekends and overtime for a big labor law firm. A friend mentioned a woman to me, Iona Marsaa Teegarden, who practiced Jin Shin Do Acupressure. I trusted my friend, so I went to her, because I had developed large, hard, golfball sized lumps under each armpit. For whatever reason, that is where I stored my stress. Her gentle demeanor and spirit, the quiet and peaceful music, and her amazing hands began to melt away the hardness of the culture I was in 40+ hours a week. I had never experienced that kind of "down time" or deep relaxation, ever. I did have to endure some pain though. These sessions consisted of sustained pressure with her finger tips on the under arm golf ball - for an hour! In order for me to keep from jumping off the massage table, she taught me how to put my attention on my breath and so I would breath in and breath out, like an ocean surf, coming to the edge of the shoreline, and then sucking back up into the center of the ocean, back and forth. It was the ONLY way THROUGH this intense release of energy that was simultaneously happening while she kept her fingers glued to my armpits. She also gave me permission to squirm and move my legs in and out to also help expel the stress that was overwhelming me from the pressure point work.

So, 30+ years later, I continue to use that form of bodywork in my work. Sometimes people squirm, sometimes, because I've learned how to start the pressure very lightly, we can easily go in to deeper tissue layers without the intensity I first experienced. This type of "pressure point" work, I also use on the small bones in the wrists, fingers, knees, ankles, and all the bones in the feet. I'll talk more about that kind of pain relief in my next blog.

Until then, keep breathing ...

Hands On Alternative Pain Relief by Janette Warren

Oh my God, my first day blogging! So, hello my friends I have not met ... I have been in the alternative healing field for over 30 years! I have been emailing my supplement, vitamin and herb group as well as friends and family and other groups for years on the latest, most pioneering, innovative health info out there. Everyone keeps saying: "Why aren't you blogging???" So, here I am ... finally ...

I recently returned to Salem, Oregon. I am a licensed massage therapist and I specialize in pain and trauma relief. I love bringing relief to those who have been suffering for too long without stopping the pain.

Pain is the body's way of telling you that something is not working right. You could have fallen as child, or been a quarterback in high school, and this is the origin of your pain now. So, it has slowly built up of the years. Sometimes, pain can be caused from microbes, from heavy metals and from the hundreds of thousands of toxic chemicals in our world. The methods I use, help release not only these toxins, but stimulate your immune system, and open up your tissues, so that nerves are not being pressed upon by inflammation!!! And ... we can talk more and more and more about all of these things in future blogs ...

Amazingly, I just hold onto the painful joint for long periods of time and my hands seem to know how to find the stress lines and what to do, when to move, how to move. After the first hour, people do go home with much less pain. Each session afterwards, we keep dissipating that stuck energy. Energy does get lodged in tissue, ALL tissue, including bone. I understand this.

If you are distraught, have tried everything, nothing works, blog me, let's talk ... Meanwhile check out http://www.iahp.com/janettewarren and my massage license is: 11510
